A bus stand is a place where buses
stop & start from. It is a crowded & familiar place to all. From a bus
stand people get into the bus & get down from the bus. In a big bus stand,
there is a platform but at a small stand it is open. There is a ticket counter,
waiting room in a bus stand. There are restaurants, shops, book stalls etc. in
it. Passengers always gather here to collect their tickets. When the bus comes
it becomes a noisy place & when the bus leaves the stand becomes calm &
quiet. However, a bus stand plays an important role in communication sector of
the country.
