Physical exercise means the movement of the limbs of our body according to rules. One can enjoy good health without physical exercise. It keeps good health & promotes strength. There are many kinds of physical exercise like walking, swimming, riding, running, etc. Football, cricket, hockey, badminton etc are good forms of healthy exercise. Morning & evening are the best times for physical exercise. We should do physical exercise in the open air. Physical exercise is very necessary for us. We should remember that “A sound mind lies in a sound body.” Health is wealth. So, we should do physical exercise regularly.
