I beg to state that I am a student of class six of your school. My father is a poor farmer. He must maintain a large family. It is very difficult for him to bear my educational expenses. So, I couldn’t pay my tuition fees for the month of January in time.

I, therefore, pray & hope that you will be kind enough to remit the fine & receive the usual fees only.
