Letter: Describing A Journey

Dear SK,    
At first take my love. I hope you are well by the grace of Allah. You wanted to know about my last journey.

During the last summer vacation my father asked me to go to my sister’s house in Barishal. So, I got a chance to make a journey by boat. Two other friends joined me. We hired a fine boat. We started our journey from Dhaka Ferighat at    10 am. At first the boatmen plied the boat with oars. Then they set sail. Soon the boat began to move fast. The boat began to dance with the waves. The boatmen were singing. It was a ‘Bhatiali’ song. It filled us with joy.
