At first take my love. I hope you are well by the grace of Allah. I received
your letter yesterday. You wanted to know how to improve your proficiency in
English.
When you are with your
friends & teachers, use English to talk with them. Listen to English news
on TV & radio. This will increase your speaking & listening skills. You
can read newspapers and magazines to learn to read well. Again, you should
practice writing letters in English to others. By applying these skills, you
can improve your English.
