Subject: Application for setting up a canteen.

Sir,
We beg most respectfully to state that we are the students of class eight of your school. We inform you that our school is one of the biggest schools in Habiganj. But it is a matter of sorrow that there is no canteen on our school campus. We acutely feel the need for a canteen. Our classes started at 8 am & broke up at 2:30 pm. There is a thirty-minute break at lunchtime. However, most of the students can’t go home for lunch because they live far away. They must take their lunch at roadside hotels & restaurants. But most of these are unhygienic and harmful to our health.

May we, therefore, pray & hope that you will be kind enough to set up a canteen in our school campus.
