Subject: Application for setting up a charitable dispensary.
Sir,
We beg most respectfully to state that we are the villagers of Fatehpur of
Madhabpur Upazila. We inform you that our village is big in Habiganj. But it is
a matter of sorrow that there is no charitable dispensary in our village. As a
result, we have faced many problems. The nearest Upazila Health Complex is 19
kilometers away from us. We can’t communicate there easily.
May we, therefore, pray & hope that you would be kind
enough to set up a charitable dispensary in our village & oblige thereby.
